Smart box label verification technologies

AMPC partnered with Bondi Labs to explore further research on box label verification technologies. This project builds on previous research conducted as part of smart verification technologies which demonstrated that computer vision systems using artificial intelligence could detect several cuts of meat and match them to their external box labels. 
 
As part of this project, Bondi Labs did further research to understand the challenges that processors were facing with label verification and looked at more robust solutions that could be commercially adopted.
