The program is designed to support the development and implementation of JBS Australia’s red meat high value growth strategies in both the domestic and global markets which will be achieved via a range of innovative products, packaging, processes, and new business model concepts.

The project methodology used design led innovation approaches to New Product Development (NPD) and high valued beef and lamb exports. As a result of this project the business reported increased sales, they also anticipate further growth in markets, customers, products and productivity savings through increased health and safety practices.
