Charles Sturt University partnership program for red meat capacity development

AMPC partnered with Charles Sturt University to support the development of the red meat processing industry. 

As part of this program, a student was supported to complete a PhD program to expand her research and explore various avenues of utilsing Raman spectroscopy for the red meat industry.
