Micro bovine boning room design- stage 1

This project determined the best boning room design using best practice techniques for a micro meat processing plant. 

The project assessed two applications of IoT technologies (IoT Chiller Temperature Monitoring and Iot Chiller Automation), and it was recommended that both be further explored for suitability in a micro or small throughput boning room operating environment.

If further research is successful, these technologies could be a simple and effective solution for micro or small throughput boning rooms abattoirs and boning rooms across the Australian meat industry.
