MINTRAC provision of extension services to red meat processors 2016-2017

This project continues to be important to both AMPC and the red meat processing industry as a whole. It enables the training and extension implications of developments in technology, regulation and customer requirements to be quickly identified, communicated to the relevant parts of industry and incorporated into the training system.

Critically, it also ensures that the industry continues to have access to government-funded accredited training in the areas of priority set by the industry.
